CAPS LOCK question....?

I work at home and type on an account that actually wants everything typed in all caps (for a hospital). I guess I have an opposite question than most...is there a way I can leave the caps on so that even if I mistakenly hit the caps lock I will be still typing in all caps? Thanks.
