I cant find an old cartoon I use to love watching !.?

I would watch this when I was younger around the 90's. It was about a Magenta dog/bear named Jelly she had short purple hair and she had an older brother(forgot his name) he was maroon color and a lil one named peanut he was tanish who always wore a diaper. I don't remember alot more of it buht I remeber one episode where they were growing (giggle melons) and Jelly was sad, because her's were not growing . Thxx I appreciate if you can help me find this cartoon again :D
