Exactly which paper need to be ped to become a sub broker,if i want to deal with cash, f&0,& commodity?

there are diffrent opinion about the NCFM module to be ped by the sub broker, but can any one say exatly which module? and one more think the diffrent broking firm has not mentioned any requirement about the NCFM what it is so?
