East bound highway I-74 in Indiana, house halfway in a hillside, who owns it?

I was driving home from a business trip on I-74 east and saw a house at exit 101 that was submerged halfway in a hillside and surrounded by trees. I thought it was so cool and original that I wanted to look up more about it. Anyone know if there is an Indiana website or real estate listing on this house?
