Are the kia soul hamsters making fun of the scion xb in the commercial?

You may have seen this commercial where these hamsters start rapping and saying that the kia soul is better than other cars. It doesn't name any other car by name, but a toaster drives by and the scion has been called a toaster. My Mom really wants to know.
