Boy Scout Eagle Project Fundraising - Idea?

So I'm currently getting ready for my Eagle Project. The cost of my project is about $1700, and my fundraising project was going to be two carwashes over the course of two weekends. However, the district took longer than I expected to look at it before sending it back and I took even longer to make the changes. Now, the weather is growing colder and I don';t think a carwash will be as successful. Basically, I need an idea for a fundraising project I can do that brings in a lot of money and is appropriate for fall weather. Any ideas would be great!
