Did anyone ever play Transformers Armada, the game for PlayStation 2?

Is it worth geting, and can you transform from Vehicle to robot any time you want. What about the new Transformers game for PS2. is that worth it? I was thinking of buying one but I don't want to waste my money on a sucky game. So I am asking for your opininions.
