I am (or used to be?) pear shaped, then I gained some weight... I started swiming and the first thing that slimed down were my hips.. then my legs, then my waist.. the problem is that, I've got a very narrow waist, but my inferior abs are wider than my hips! my body looks REALLY weird, how can I slim down my inferior abs?! just imagine... very narrow waist, wide hips but even wider inferior abs, just above my hips! help please, this is getting me down :(
