How should I deal with this! I REALLY need help?

OK, well at school I met this guy, and from the moment we saw eachother and met for the first time, it was like no other moment in my life. I could feel something but i still don't know what it is. Well, we started talking more and more, and it became obvious we both liked eachother, at least i think. Here's my evidence: The following week he would wait outside my sixth period cl and walk me to the bus, and he's given me compliments like saying he loves my smile. well, things were progressing at a great rate for me. Especially the way he looked at me, and when he smiled....it was amazing. Well, it was 2 weeks ago that we met, and on friday, right before i went on winter break, he lays some news on me. As he was walking me out of the school, he said that he was moving and that he was pretty much going to have to switch schools. I had heard that he might move prior to this but his friend said that he probably wasn't. He is moving, and we didn't even really get a chance! Well anyways back to the story, when he told me this he handed me a note, and it said im going to miss you, with a large B cut out on the bottom. (B is my initial) I don't really know how to take it all, and should I be upset that he didn't tell me earlier? Did he not tell because it would ruin our progression because it was indefinite? I really liked him a lot. he was all i was thinking about, so how should i deal wit it?
