Uni help. Im plannning on going to chester next year and im unsure which accomedation i should pick?

I have been advised by my aunty and uncle who both went to uni to pick the cheaper acomedation because you will be sourrounded by more people and you will fit into your friend groups better. But i cant decide which ones are like that. IF any one has been to chester what would you recommend for meeting new people ect.
