Cardiac rehabilitation programs?

went for a stress test regarding recent chest discomfort and blood pressure being high that was on 3rd of december got a letter today saying due to recent diagnosis i have been ped on to the cardiac rehab team thing is i was not given a diagnosis i can think of and the team is not open untill monday and i am now worried big time does being ped here mean i have heart disease or at least something is wrong or not?.
