Who do i write a letter to about marijuana reform laws in my area?

west chester, PA. who do i send a letter to about legalizing marijuana? the governor? i really want to play an active role in the cannabis community and try and do as much as i can to speed up this legalization process. i have many valid points that i want to bring to as many people in power's attention. help!
