How can I know Gods will for me in this situation?

Im a devout Christian, and have a close relationship with God. Just this past year, I had an experience that I must say brought me closer to him. I started liking this girl in one of my cles. I wasnt so sure if she liked me back, but sometimes I thought she did. After many months with her in cl, summer break came, and we lost contact. I prayed for her everyday, many times I tried forgetting about her, but I couldnt. I was totally heart broken when summer came, as I thought I would never see her again. Much to my surprise, I had her for two cles when school started again. I knew God answered my prayer. So I was happy about this. I thought maybe he's giving me a second chance. Im afraid that she's gonna cause me more heartbreak in the future, as I have a whole year with her. But I know God put me with her for a reason. Why?? How can I know Gods will for me?? It feels like He's teasing me/?
